Oscenia Network Technology Sdn Bhd (ONT) was incorporated in Malaysia in January 2005 as a private limited company, primarily providing telecommunication services. Previously a wholly owned subsidiary of OPCOM Holdings Berhad, ONT was bought by a group of bumiputera entrepreneurs in July 2008.
ONT is a leading provider of telecommunication solutions, including software, equipment and systems integration. We develop and provide products, solutions and professional services, primarily for telecommunications operators and large enterprises.
With an integrated implementation infrastructure and the supply-chain support behind it, we provide end-to-end broadband solutions for core and access networks and network management systems, in support of the Malaysian Government’s aspiration to make Malaysia the pre-eminent business, investment and telecommunications hub in the Asia-Pacific region.

Chairman
Datuk Abdul Rahim Osman, a Malaysian, is the Chairman of Oscenia Network Technology Sdn Bhd and chairman of its Senior Management Committee.
He is the Chairman of LifeTech Solutions Sdn Bhd and WCK Consortium Sdn Bhd, which are involved in wireless solutions and properties respectively, and was Chairman of Leadcom (M) Sdn Bhd from June 2004 until July 2008. He brings more than 26 years of experience in shipping, plantation and telecommunications.
Dato’ Sri Haji Amir Bin Hussien
Chief Executive Officer
Dato’ Sri Haji Amir, a Malaysian born in the Federal Territory of Labuan, co-founded the company in 2008 and is its Chief Executive Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance (Honours) from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (1993).
He began his career as an Account Manager with Time Telecommunication and later joined Siemens Malaysia, where he was appointed Vice President, Utilities and Vice President, Special Project. He is the Patron of Persatuan Anak Jati Labuan, a board director of Yayasan Pembangunan Pondok Malaysia and Deputy Chairman of Koperasi Pembangunan Pondok Berhad.

Established in April 2012, Drachen Welle Communication Sdn Bhd (DWC) is a telecommunications engineering company specialising in the maintenance of telecommunications network systems and services. DWC also provides turnkey telecommunications network services, including network planning, design and optimisation, integration, installation, testing and commissioning.
